Discover Exciting Events with Yorkshire Koi Society

Never miss a beat in the local koi calendar by visiting our Events Page, your go-to directory for all society gatherings and regional highlights. From our popular summer pond visits, where members open their gates to showcase their latest builds and prize fish, to our winter meetings held at Collingham Memorial Hall, there is always an opportunity to connect in person. You can also find key dates for the annual YKS Members Photoshow—judged by national experts. Whether it’s a casual BBQ, a technical talk from a guest speaker, or a group trip to a leading dealer, our events are designed to take your hobby beyond the screen and into the company of friends.

Upcoming Event Highlights:

  • Monthly Meetings: Join us at Collingham for guest speakers and social catch-ups (typically Sundays).

  • Pond Visit Season: Running from May to September, explore unique filtrations and stunning designs across Yorkshire.

  • The YKS Photoshow: Get your cameras ready! Judging for 2026 takes place in mid-May, with a presentation ceremony in August.
